Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with expertise in Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in software development.

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of professional experience with JDK 1.8, Spring 3.x, Hibernate 4.0, and JPA 2.0.
  • Proficient in using Version Control Tools such as GitHub.
  • Strong understanding of Spring Boot and Angular 8.0/8+, along with jQuery, Ajax, and Bootstrap.
  • Extensive experience working within Agile methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with large-scale databases, PLSQL, and Stored Procedures.
  • Familiarity with JMS, JBoss Messaging, and Active MQ.
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, and established design patterns.
  • Proficient in Eclipse, XML, and SOAP/REST Web Services.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proven skills in data analysis and its application to business processes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Liquibase.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with multi-tier architecture.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in risk identification and developing contingency plans.
  • Ability to analyze existing operations and facilitate training sessions for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Proficient in updating work schedules and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Manage team metrics and collaborate with Jira administration for necessary customizations.
  • Foster an environment where team members can express concerns and ask questions openly.
  • Maintain transparency with the team regarding challenges and successes.
  • Prepare progress reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Assist the team in managing the Git repository and planning deployment activities.
  • Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis.

Experience Required: 6+ years
