Summary/Overview:

5TH HQ LLC is looking for a dedicated Industrial Equipment Support Specialist to oversee the setup, upkeep, and repair of commercial juicing machinery utilized in various establishments. This position emphasizes mechanical and industrial apparatus, rather than IT or computer systems. The successful candidate will possess practical experience with industrial devices, a solid mechanical understanding, and the capability to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and fine-tune commercial juicing machines at diverse venues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and diagnostics to guarantee peak performance and dependability of the equipment.
  • Identify and rectify problems related to both mechanical and electrical aspects of the juicing machines.
  • Offer technical assistance and efficiently resolve client inquiries in a courteous manner.
  • Keep precise records of service operations, components utilized, and equipment conditions.
  • Adhere to safety standards and company protocols throughout all service engagements.

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical qualifications or training in industrial machinery is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience with commercial juicing machines or comparable industrial/mechanical equipment.
  • Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities, especially with industrial machinery.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities coupled with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and transport heavy machinery (up to 75 lbs).
  • Capability to stand, bend, and stretch for prolonged periods during service tasks.
