Position ResponsibilitiesAs an Architectural Project Manager at TETER, Inc., you will be instrumental in guiding various architecture projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve:
- Building a cooperative working relationship with the Project Leadership Team to cultivate a positive atmosphere.
- Overseeing multiple project teams, providing direction, feedback, and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with TETER's documentation standards and project management protocols.
- Formulating project scope, fees, budgets, and timelines during the proposal and contract phases.
- Monitoring project financials, managing scope, and addressing discrepancies to keep projects on track.
- Effectively organizing and managing projects while maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Developing and nurturing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and addressing key issues.
- Identifying potential business opportunities and engaging in marketing and business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Level I: 3-5 years of experience in architectural project management; Level II: 5-8 years.
- Experience in managing architectural/building design projects is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
- Preferred registration as an Architect in California or the ability to obtain licensure within a year of hiring.
- A comprehensive understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, sustainability practices, and LEED standards.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, and basic REVIT and/or AutoCAD.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of staff.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $93,000-$133,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
