The Role:

In the capacity of HR Information Systems Lead, you will oversee the firm’s HRIS platform (UltiPro) along with other HR-related technologies. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, you will be instrumental in maintaining data precision, facilitating user education, generating HR data reports, and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will significantly contribute to the design of the HR technology strategy and spearhead future implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity & System Oversight: Guarantee data accuracy across HRIS and associated systems, managing data entry and system functionalities meticulously.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Direct the creation and management of HR data analytics and reporting, streamlining systems to reduce manual interventions.
  • System Enhancements & Process Optimization: Evaluate workflows, design and execute system improvements, and promote process enhancements to boost efficiency and security.
  • User Education & Assistance: Deliver thorough training for new users, create user documentation, and support ongoing system utilization.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate on HR and firm-wide technical projects, manage HR-related vendor partnerships, and support essential HR initiatives, including compensation assessments.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other divisions to ensure seamless integration and functionality of HRIS.

About You:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • You have 5-8 years of pertinent experience, with advanced expertise in UltiPro or comparable enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • You are skilled in viGlobal and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos, Crystal Reports) and have strong SQL capabilities.
  • You exhibit robust project management abilities and are proficient at synthesizing complex data and presenting it effectively using MS Office applications.
  • You have a background in the legal sector or professional services, which is highly valued.
  • You demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills, with a results-driven approach and the capacity to maintain confidentiality.
