About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a seasoned Digital Product Manager to lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that drive business outcomes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of digital business plans, programs, and initiatives that drive business outcomes across the enterprise.
  • Act as a key participant in large-scale planning and review and analyze complex digital strategies for product, functionality, and experience areas.
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product, functionality, and experience areas, requiring a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
  • Potentially lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Desired qualifications include 3 years of digital product management focused on Asset-Based Lending (ABL) or related financial products.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABL products, including product functionality, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience driving business process optimization and database modernization efforts, with a focus on improving workflow efficiency.
  • Familiarity with digital product development processes, including agile methodologies and experience working with dev teams.
  • Experience with technology platforms used in ABL, such as LIQ/LUCAS/Stucky or similar systems.
