Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will engage in client service while managing tasks in the following areas:

  • Importing or synchronizing general ledgers
  • Processing accounts payable
  • Consulting on payroll and coordinating with third-party providers
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts
  • Preparing depreciation schedules
  • Assisting with monthly and year-end trial balance closures
  • Supporting the creation of monthly management reports and financial statements
  • Delivering various virtual and on-site outsourced accounting services
  • Designing and implementing accounting systems using QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct
  • Executing software application implementation projects

Qualifications:

Work Schedule:

We offer flexibility to accommodate your academic commitments, provided you can:

  • Align with our standard business hours of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Work each weekday (Monday to Friday)
  • Commit to a minimum of 20-25 hours per week during the academic year
  • Work 20+ hours per week during the summer

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Ability to balance academic responsibilities with the workload for multiple clients and projects while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
