Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Technologist Lead to join our team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of work, delegating tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our MRI procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee MRI procedures, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to MRI Technologists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of work, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement training programs for MRI Technologists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
  • Two or more years of progressively more responsible MRI Technologist work experience.
  • Excellent analytical, clinical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
