Role Summary
As a Surgical Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional, patient-focused care in accordance with departmental standards and state regulations. You will collaborate with healthcare providers to offer personalized and compassionate care, adhering to established nursing protocols.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, promptly addressing any changes in status.
  • Execute medical procedures and monitor patient responses as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation of care.
  • Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects, taking necessary actions in case of adverse reactions.
  • Provide timely responses to patient inquiries and proactively address their needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess:

  • A valid Registered Nurse license.
  • An Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
