Job Description:
As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will conduct outbound calls to conduct surveys on various topics. Your responsibilities will include making outbound phone calls, reading a script, asking questions to respondents, and recording responses. There are no sales or collections involved in this role. You will work with our team to ensure that all surveys are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
Great communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Basic computer and typing skills (30 Words Per Minute)
Basic understanding of good customer service

Experience:
No experience necessary. Paid training provided. Open to applicants 16 years and older.

Schedules Available:
Evening and weekend hours available with flexible scheduling options. Pay starts at $12 per hour, with a $0.50-per-hour premium for bilingual speakers (Spanish/English) after certification.
