Survey Research Telephone Interviewer

Job Description:
As a Survey Research Telephone Interviewer, you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound calls to gather insights from respondents. Your responsibilities will include making outbound phone calls, reading a script, asking questions to respondents, and recording responses. This is a non-sales, non-collections role that requires excellent communication skills and a comfortable demeanor on the phone.
Requirements:
• Great communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Basic computer and typing skills (30 Words Per Minute)
• Basic understanding of good customer service
Experience:
No experience necessary. We provide paid training to ensure your success in this role. Open to applicants 16 years and older.
Schedules Available:
Evening and weekend hours available with flexible scheduling options. Pay starts at $12 per hour, with a $0.50-per-hour premium for bilingual speakers (Spanish/English) after certification.
