Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the on-site management of our large commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the construction process, effective leadership skills, and a positive attitude. They will be responsible for meeting project schedule deadlines, ensuring project quality standards are met, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall on-site management of large commercial construction projects
  • Meet project schedule deadlines and ensure project quality standards are met
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and field staff
  • Lead and mentor field staff to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage project costs and finances, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years of field experience
  • Solid understanding of the construction process and construction materials and systems
  • Effective leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing large commercial construction projects and project costs and finances
  • Solid understanding of technology, including computers, mobile devices, and construction software
