About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to patients receiving chemotherapy, blood products, growth factors, and supportive care. You will also collaborate with attending physicians to develop care plans, monitor patient progress, and provide discharge instructions.

Job Description:

Our ideal candidate is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional with experience in hematology/oncology. You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional patient care, educate patients and families about cancer diagnosis and treatment, and conduct screenings and lab tests as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality adult oncology and hematology services.
  • Develop and implement patient education efforts related to cancer diagnosis and treatment.
  • Collaborate with attending physicians to manage the infusion center, including screenings, lab results, and follow-up appointments.
Requirements:
  • Master of Science degree in Nursing - Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Certification as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner from a New York State approved accrediting body.
  • Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse license and Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Experience in hematology/oncology preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:

Tal Healthcare offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes generous PTO, all major insurances, and a work-life balance that values employee development and well-being.
