COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- Competitive Pay: $18.50/hour
- Opportunity for advancement to Partner Shipper II at $19.50/hour after 90 days, contingent on performance.
- Further progression to Partner Shipper III at $21.50/hour after 60 days in the previous role, if performance standards are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all tasks.

- Sort and organize packages according to specific partner requirements.
- Utilize scanning technology to package shipments accurately, adhering to partner specifications.
- Record the weight and dimensions of completed packages.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the shipping software for managing partner shipments.
- Verify critical information on packages to ensure accuracy.
- Attach shipping labels and necessary export documentation properly.
- Conduct audits of completed shipments for accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Program Manager to optimize workflows based on daily demands.
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the handling of dangerous goods.
- Assist with conveyor operations and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow all customer instructions and special requests accurately.
- Support shipping and inventory teams as needed.
- Work effectively in an open-air warehouse environment.
- Lift up to 20 pounds regularly, with assistance for heavier items.
- Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
