**Job Responsibilities:**

* Process daily financial transactions
* Assist in daily operations of the accounting department
* General account reviews and correcting entries
* Journal Entry posting
* Reconciliation of billing statements
* Superior communication, customer service, organizational and analytical skills
* Responsible for regular accounting related transactional activity, for accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks, meeting deadlines and commitments
* Maintains a professional appearance, and work environment
* Attends pertinent and mandatory company wide training
* Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

* General Bookkeeping or Public accounting experience - Preferred
* Payroll Experience - Preferred
* Automotive Accounting or Accounting Degree - Preferred
