Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by adhering to our Merchandiser Standards, ensuring product visibility and appeal.
  • Travel to various retail locations and customer accounts daily, with mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store personnel to enhance customer service.
  • Safely lift and transport products, with the ability to handle up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
Essential Duties
  • Ensure product availability on store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers by assessing replenishment needs.
  • Utilize manual equipment for transporting products between storage and display areas.
  • Maintain product signage and cleanliness in product spaces.
  • Secure any damaged or defective products promptly.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for your state of residence.
  • Have access to a personal vehicle for work-related tasks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends is required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Adhere to food handling, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of integrity and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated dependability and sound judgment in past job performance.
Physical Requirements
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Safe operation of a motor vehicle is necessary.
  • Ability to interpret store plan-o-grams and set instructions.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature environments in customer storage areas.
