We are seeking a highly skilled Regional PRN Injury Prevention Specialist to provide coverage at multiple client locations in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injury prevention and a passion for improving workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct workplace assessments to identify areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate them
  • Provide education and coaching to employees on proper body mechanics and motion techniques
  • Document interactions with employees and provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations
  • Develop and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health, or 2 years' experience in a Military healthcare setting
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and provide high-quality care
