Key Responsibilities- Conduct workplace assessments to identify areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate them
- Provide education and coaching to employees on proper body mechanics and motion techniques
- Document interactions with employees and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations
- Develop and provide employee health education and training on wellness and disease prevention topics
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or related field, or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology/Allied Health, or 2 years' experience in a Military healthcare setting
- CPR certification

- Ability to work in a busy environment and provide high-quality care
