Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth business process analyses to understand and document current processes and develop recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and compile user requirements to understand operational objectives.
- Design and implement new business models and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and monitor data analytics to support decision-making and provide insight into business performance.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users and the information technology team to ensure technical solutions meet user needs.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive stakeholder consensus and validate business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes in operating systems across the organization.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with business intelligence software.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- Experience using Azure DevOps to manage requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience working with UI designers in validating if designs meet requirements.
- Experience working vetting submitted bugs to understand if they are valid and if they are in scope.
- Preferred experience serving in a primary role for a State/Provincial work Projects.
