Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the aesthetic appeal and cleanliness of the facility by executing all tasks outlined in the daily schedule and ensuring the upkeep of assigned areas and equipment.
  • Operate various motorized and non-motorized cleaning equipment.
  • Document and report necessary repairs; perform repairs as instructed.
  • Notify the property manager of any incidents or hazardous conditions.
  • Restock supplies such as soap and paper towels as needed.
  • Assist in setting up furniture for events.
  • Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including wet and dry mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window washing, pool maintenance, painting, vacuuming, seasonal lawn care, snow removal, and general cleaning duties.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documentation.
  • Capable of reporting and documenting maintenance requests.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and care.
  • Understanding of cleaning agents and chemicals, including their safe and effective use.
