Position Summary

Boston Government Services, LLC. is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Environmental Research Support Specialist.

This role involves supporting the management of environmental Research and Development (R&D) projects, including those led by DOE's National Laboratories, and providing expertise on marine environmental issues.

The successful candidate will have expertise in marine biology and/or ocean ecology, as well as experience working with DOE or another federal funding agency on R&D related activities.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of interoffice and interagency initiatives aimed at overcoming environmental challenges to offshore wind deployment.
  • Assist in the coordination of agencies across the federal government and state agencies to ensure alignment of portfolios and tight coordination on policies and planning.
