About the Role:

Position: Pick & Pack Specialist

Compensation: $17/Hour

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (with potential adjustments during peak seasons).

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize a handheld scanner to accurately select items based on SKU and descriptions for order fulfillment.
  2. Inspect all products related to customer orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
  3. Employ basic mathematical skills to verify quantities and measurements against customer orders.
  4. Prepare items for dispatch by checking for damages and ensuring cleanliness.
  5. Package orders securely and professionally to meet shipping standards.
  6. Utilize order fulfillment software to generate and attach shipping labels to packages.
  7. Organize packages based on their destination and the respective shipping carrier.
  8. Adhere to daily shipping schedules and deadlines.
  9. Maintain compliance with quality standards and established operational procedures.
  10. Exhibit consistent attendance and punctuality.
  11. Perform additional tasks and projects as required.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. High School Diploma or GED/equivalent preferred.
  2. Experience in order fulfillment, shipping, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, even amidst interruptions.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
  5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, self-directed work environment.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Frequent lifting of items weighing up to 30 lbs.
