Job Overview

Ardmore Roderick is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Construction Scheduler to join our team.

As a key member of our project controls team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules, tracking project progress, and identifying potential risks and issues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining fully integrated resource-loaded schedules using standard project management scheduling and earned value methodology.
  • Participating in contract processing and new project setup.
  • Understanding and managing baseline, working, and forecast schedules.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in project scheduling or control.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
