Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate - Cart Attendant to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Customer Experience Associate - Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that members have a positive shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by sweeping the parking lot, restocking carts, and disposing of trash.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with loading their vehicles and provide support with carrying heavy items.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve business objectives and ensure a positive member experience.

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Experience Associate - Cart Attendant, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a variety of weather conditions.
