Job Description: The Property Management Assistant - Leasing and Operations role at Bartsch Management, LLC involves marketing and leasing properties, performing inspections, preparing lease documents, and providing exceptional resident services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing: Generate prospective resident visits to the property, show and demonstrate apartments, follow-up with prospective residents.
  • Inspections: Perform move-in inspections with incoming residents, perform move-out inspections with outgoing residents.
  • Lease Administration: Prepare lease documents, review welcome packets with new residents, maintain legal records and files.
  • Resident Relations: Prepare and process resident service requests, assist with resident problems and complaints.
  • Accounting: Collect, record, and deposit rental payments, maintain account records and journals.

Requirements:

  • Two years of related experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
