Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at W-Industries. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are executed in accordance with the contract and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, designers, and construction personnel, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Customer Management: Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.
  • Financial Management: Analyze project revenue, cost, and profitability, and ensure accurate invoicing and payment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven project management experience in water treatment facility construction and electrical commercial construction.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead and manage teams, and experience with project management software and tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting: Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Standing and Walking: Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on uneven surfaces.
  • Reaching and Climbing: Ability to reach with arms and climb ladders and scaffolds.
