Key Responsibilities

  • Manage donor database administration and track fundraising progress

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fundraising, development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and donor relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Raiser's Edge or similar fundraising software
Working Conditions

The Senior Advancement Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with occasional travel required. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
