Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage budgets, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multi-hospital/physician system
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
