At Ross Downing Buick GMC Cadillac, we're seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Quick Lube Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your expertise in customer relations, combined with your ability to communicate effectively with our technicians, will be crucial in delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Clearly articulate repair needs to technicians, ensuring accurate and efficient work.
  • Upsell recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods, promoting our dealership's value proposition.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs, maintaining transparency and trust with our customers.
  • Adhere to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Follow up on each repair, keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sell and manage extended warranty repairs, driving revenue growth and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with dealer technicians to ensure quality is paramount, maintaining our dealership's reputation for excellence.
  • Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup, ensuring timely and convenient service.
  • Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Handle minor customer concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Work assigned hours, demonstrating punctuality and dependability.
  • Meet eligibility requirements for pre-employment screening, including MVR and criminal background checks.
