Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test teams at Agility, collaborating closely with product, hardware, software, commercial, innovation, and manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Develop and manage systems architecture, requirements documentation, and specifications.
  • Establish scalable systems engineering, integration, and testing frameworks.
  • Drive the development of robust processes and ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage and mentor the systems engineering, integration, and test teams.
  • Oversee the successful integration, bring-up, debugging, and root cause analysis of Agility's robotic systems and peripherals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from product, engineering, manufacturing, and field operations to address and resolve issues.
About You

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a strong background in systems engineering, integration, and test. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering/science/robotics field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with complex products.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in hardware, electrical or electromechanical systems and products.
  • Experience as a technical lead, project manager or other demonstrated leadership role related to program execution on a new development program.
  • Effective communication skills and demonstrated success in a team environment.
