Job Description

Account Executive III - Bloomington, Minnesota

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive III to join our team in Bloomington, Minnesota. As an Account Executive III, you will be responsible for handling predominately strategic risk and large clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day account activities, ensuring seamless execution of service activities.
  • Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients at senior levels, leveraging Aon's resources to address client risk and capital management needs.
  • Analyze risk financing programs, perform coverage comparisons, and secure existing business while driving the sale of additional services and coverages.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities, collaborating with producers to achieve client risk objectives.
  • Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing, ensuring account profitability through a value-based approach.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Aon's resources and capabilities, effectively utilizing the Aon network to achieve client risk objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of client business objectives, coordinating Aon's resources to meet client needs.
  • Stay current on industry data, introducing innovative ideas to help clients contemplate risk management with a fresh perspective.
  • Solve complex risk management problems, providing expert solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Insurance licensing as required.
  • 7-10+ years of relevant insurance experience.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and technical proficiency.
