Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Cleaner to join our team at ServiceMaster by Demart. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
  • Clean and maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, and window cleaning.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work climate.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (not required but a plus).
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds.
  • Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
  • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
