Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our rehabilitation program. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our clients
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective mental health services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist
- Two years' experience or training in a mental health setting, with one year including experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities
- Competitive salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD
