CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record in leading financial initiatives within a healthcare setting.
  • Expertise in Medicaid reimbursement and healthcare contracting.
  • Strong leadership qualities with an emphasis on team collaboration and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment while driving organizational performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. A CPA or CMA designation is strongly desired.
