We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Donation Attendant at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will have the chance to make a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and donors with a friendly and professional attitude, providing prompt and efficient service at all times.
  • Receive donations from donors, issue receipts, and assist customers with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
  • Sort donations into proper carts or bins, determining their quality and making decisions on their suitability for resale.
  • Price and sort hard goods (wares) for resale.
  • Maintain a clean and safe production area and other store areas as directed.
  • Adhere to Goodwill's Core Principles and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous retail and/or stock handling experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of barcode scanners.
