Data Destruction Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Destruction Specialist to join our team. As a Shred Driver, you will be responsible for planning your daily route, selecting the most efficient order based on time/appointment requirements, and performing onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information using mobile based shredding equipment.

• Operate a company vehicle in a safe, professional manner, showing proficiency in handling and maneuvering trucks and equipment.
• Transport documents, equipment, hard drives, supplies, etc. to and from customer locations while complying with traffic regulations.
• Responsible for safe and proper loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform mandated daily safety and maintenance checks on truck and shredder equipment.
• Maintain a responsible approach to all security matters related to VRC operations, following the company's policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately as required by company policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of truck interior and exterior.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, accepting change in directions understanding customer needs may change.
• Meet department productivity and quality standards.
• Move records from one location to another utilizing all company security measures.
• Stay organized, giving attention to detail.
• Work in a team environment and as an individual contributor.

• Work overtime hours as needed, including holidays and if applicable weekends.
