About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Public Health Nurse to join our team in Lompoc, CA. As a Public Health Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing education, counseling, and case management services.

Salary Range: $103,000 - $124,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client needs and developing care plans
  • Providing education and counseling services to individuals and families
  • Coordinating services with other healthcare professionals and community agencies
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the California State Board of Registered Nursing
  • Valid California Public Health Nursing certificate
  • Experience working with diverse populations
