Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Regal Entertainment. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train theatre employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality theatre operations.
  • Manage theatre maintenance, including minor repairs and scheduling of maintenance personnel.
  • Oversee the scheduling of movie showtimes and ensure timely delivery of showtimes to all relevant channels.
  • Monitor and control costs, including direct operating expenses, purchasing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and risk management.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and increase theatre revenue.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and senior management to achieve theatre goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three months of supervisory experience or six months of theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and corporate staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
