Step into the spotlight as a Banquet Server and become the conductor of seamless events where every guest is treated to a symphony of flavors and exceptional hospitality.

  • Anticipate guests' service needs by asking questions and watching/listening to their preferences, and act on them whenever possible.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific processes to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Set tables according to the type of event and service standards, including types of linens, glassware, plate/chinaware, and silver/flatware, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
  • Follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

Qualifications
  • Must be highly detail orientated
  • At least 1 year of server experience
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
