The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Stylist to join our retail team. As a Stylist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences. Your passion for luxury jewelry and commitment to customer satisfaction will drive our sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Curate and style our products to meet customer needs, leveraging your knowledge of luxury jewelry and customer preferences.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective clienteling and sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and customer feedback to continuously improve your skills and performance.
