About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stylist to join our team at Bloomingdale's Valley Fair. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling our customers in our latest collections. You will work closely with your management team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Style our customers in our latest collections, sharing your detailed product knowledge and providing them with an exceptional brand experience
• Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times
• Replenish stock, manage deliveries, and utilize digital tools to support a positive customer journey
• Greet customers into our store and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit
• Work as one team with the same goal, supporting and observing your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development

Requirements

• Charismatic and attentive, with excellent customer service skills
• Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style, and our brand values
• Can-do attitude and lots of energy, with the ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving techniques and ability to do so with pace, empathy, and sometimes under pressure
• Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and processing transactions
• Digitally engaged, with a passion for our brand campaigns, lookbooks, and new product launches
• Immaculate attention to detail and confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities
