About the Job: The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory is seeking a skilled Human Resources Support Specialist to join our team in Valdosta, Georgia. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including typing, filing, and data entry, as well as providing customer service and support to employees and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in human resources or a related field. They will be highly organized, able to work independently with limited supervision, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $18.50 per hour, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including typing, filing, and data entry.
  • Provide customer service and support to employees and external stakeholders.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR office.
