Insurance Admin Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Admin to join our team at Raven Ridge. As an Insurance Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance agents, handling client inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist insurance agents with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements for insurance agents and clients.
  • Support the team with general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
