Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update client information during each visit.
- Establish rapport with clients by remembering their names, interests, and personal stories.
- Address inquiries, alleviate concerns, and respect individual boundaries while being sensitive to unique challenges.

- Assist with various administrative tasks throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with basic math proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in customer service or reception roles.
