Position Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and executing reports that deliver valuable insights and support informed decision-making for key stakeholders and internal partners within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Services division.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in reporting and analytical activities related to corporate objectives, ensuring a clear understanding of internal clients' information needs, data accessibility, and reporting methodologies.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop reports and guarantee seamless integration with enterprise and financial information systems.
  • Establish a consistent review process for all reports to ensure timely information distribution and create a platform for sharing insights that drive action.
  • Work alongside finance team members to collect inputs for Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) utilized for both internal and external reporting.
  • Enhance industry and business knowledge to deliver pertinent insights.

Qualifications:
  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, including Profit & Loss analysis, financial analysis, and spreadsheet modeling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with cloud-based financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar ERP applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) is essential.
  • Foundational understanding of general accounting principles, including revenue recognition and financial statement analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to present information effectively.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in supporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
The estimated hiring range for this position is $68,000 to $99,400. This role is also eligible for incentives.
