Job Description :
The Lead Financial Analyst will be instrumental in supervising and coordinating all financial operations within the organization.

This individual will be tasked with ensuring the precision and compliance of financial documentation, preparing detailed financial reports, and performing thorough financial evaluations to facilitate strategic decision-making.

The Lead Financial Analyst will guide a team of finance professionals and collaborate closely with various departments to optimize processes and promote financial excellence.

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct financial evaluations and provide insights to aid strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal control measures.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the finance team, including bookkeepers and finance clerks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, operations, and human resources, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
