Job Title: Lead Project Engineer

Bartlett & West is seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading complex water and wastewater projects from conceptualization to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage water and wastewater projects, including design, planning, and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a focus on project management.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in the states required by the company.
  • Strong knowledge of water and wastewater engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
