This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from highways and roadways to bridge site developments. Your expertise in bridge and/or road design, combined with your experience working with state DOTs, will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roadways, and bridge site developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet regulatory standards and client expectations.
  • Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports for projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
  • Senior (10+ years of experience) roles available depending on level of relevant State Department of Transportation (DOT) experience.
  • Microsoft Office productivity software.
  • Civil3D proficiency a must.
  • Must be able to comply with all client and industry safety requirements.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify technical issues.
Preferred Requirements
  • PE license.
  • Microstation, Bentley, GeoPak InRoads or OpenRoads (ORD) experience.
  • Hydraulics Analysis.
