Key Responsibilities:
The Compliance Auditor will:
  • Work independently on assigned projects under the guidance of the Compliance Officer.
  • Conduct audits and monitoring activities across various health plan operations.
  • Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement audit plans, corrective action plans, and impact reports.
  • Interact with management and regulatory agencies to facilitate compliance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of three years of auditing experience.
  • Experience in compliance and healthcare, particularly with Medicare and Medicaid, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulatory audits (CMS, DOH, DFS) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
