Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Stability Healthcare. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Speech Therapy Services: Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions, to improve their communication skills.
  • Collaboration with Educators: Work closely with teachers and other educators to develop and implement strategies to support students' communication needs in the classroom.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' progress, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting.
  • Certifications: Current BLS/CPR certification.
