Speech Language Pathologist

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Services team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children with disabilities or delays develop essential skills that promote healthy growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and other team members.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and support to families to enhance their child's communication, social, emotional, and physical skills.
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive support to families.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Connecticut.
- One year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
- Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000.
