The Route Sales Representative plays a crucial role in meeting our customers' needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing exceptional customer service by proactively managing all route responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new customers and ensure a profitable product mix
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer installation, management, and service
  • Ensure customer loyalty, retention, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • Handle and process customer payments and maintain accurate route paperwork
  • Ensure timely and correct deliveries of textile loads and maintain proper inventories
  • Monitor and report competitive activity and keep service agreements current
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and CDL when applicable
  • Excellent customer service and route sales skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good time management skills and team player
  • Recognize colors, sizes, and types of product and count, add, and subtract accurately
